Job Description Summary Activities contributing to the design and development of products, solutions and systems. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Job Description Quality Specific Goals: Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required. Support compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/Program Deliverables Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible. Qualifications: MS in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years experiences on electronics R&D in automation, instrumentation, biomedical engineering or telecommunication industry Demonstrated technical depth in electrical design and mixed signal design. Good capability on electrical design tools and simulation tools Cadence, MATLAB, PSPICE, etc. Working experience with PWA/PWB and subsystem design techniques for signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC circuit design and simulation tool experience FPGA coding experience preference. Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task. Excellent teamwork, coordination and communication skills Strong sense of ownership Ability to meet aggressive reliability, performance, cost, serviceability, and delivery targets.
