Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Lead team and take Responsibility for the entire software lifecycle, including needs analysis, Design requirement build, software code develop and maintain with QMS compliance. Team capability and talent development. Job Description: •Lead Software engineering team for Software delivery, maintain and Software technology roadmap plan. . Develop- Software team capability and grow talent. • Co-Work with global and Wuxi local Cross team not limited for technical solution , commonality and quality. • Comply with the company Software Development Life Cycle procedure and GEHC QMS in whole software development activities. Candidate requirements: . 3 years or more of software development/project management work experience, master project management methods and tools, such as Agile. . Master C, C++, MFC and QT, s killful in Object-oriented analysis and design.. . 6 years or above engineering experience in software developing with C++ . Be familiar with develop application on Windows OS   . BS or above degree in Computer Engineering . Quick learning, Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task management . Excellent teamwork, coordination, and communication skills .
