Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM discipline 3 years of hands-on software development experience. Preferred Skills: Backend: Languages & Frameworks: Java, Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.) Frontend: Frameworks: Angular or React Languages: TypeScript, CSS Testing: Exposure to unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, JUnit, Jest) General: Development Methodology: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Scrum practices) Computer Science Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of core data structures and algorithms Good to have Familiar with SQL Exposure to streaming tech like Kafka or RabbitMQ Desired Characteristics: Technical Acumen: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
