Job Summary The Senior Finance Business Partner - Procurement & Supply Chain is a great opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business and turning data into clear, meaningful insights. In this role, you’ll help teams understand material cost trends, evaluate savings opportunities, and track progress toward cost-reduction goals. You’ll work closely with colleagues in Global Procurement & Supply Chain (GPSC), engineering, and operations, acting as a trusted finance partner rather than a back-office reviewer. This role combines analysis, problem-solving, and communication, and offers regular exposure to cross-functional leaders. The position reports to the Vocational Manager of FP&A and provides room to grow both your technical skills and business influence. Job Responsibilities Partner with procurement, category teams, and other cross-functional leaders to support material cost-reduction efforts across the Vocational segment. Help review and confirm cost-saving opportunities, ensuring assumptions and results are clearly understood and well documented. Provide financial insights during project reviews to help teams make informed decisions. Work alongside category teams to estimate potential savings and track how initiatives perform over time. Build and maintain easy-to-use Excel tools and Power BI dashboards that help teams see and understand cost performance. Support monthly and quarterly reporting by explaining trends, highlighting key drivers, and comparing results to expectations. Help keep cost-saving initiatives organized and transparent, supporting accurate tracking and forecasting. Reconcile planned savings to actual results, helping ensure financial information is reliable and consistent. Continuously look for ways to simplify and improve financial templates, reports, and processes. Assist with special projects, leadership updates, and ad hoc analysis related to supply chain cost initiatives.   Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. 4 years of relevant experience in finance, supply chain, operations, cost accounting, NPD costing, or similar analytical functions. Advanced Excel skills and the ability to build financial models and tools. Strong analytical skillset with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively. Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence decision-making. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing or product development environment. Background in procurement finance, material cost management, standard costing, or value engineering. Experience developing Power BI dashboards or similar business intelligence tools. Understanding of material cost structures, variances, and cost modeling techniques.
