Job Description Summary Are you ready to shape the future of medical imaging in a strategic leadership role? As MR Growth Marketing Leader for VEGA, you’ll be at the forefront of driving innovation and commercial success across our Magnetic Resonance (MR) portfolio in the VEGA zone (France & BeLux, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Iberia, Algeria and Tunisia and French speaking Africa). This is a unique marketing leadership opportunity to define product strategy, lead market positioning, and collaborate with key opinion leaders — all while representing a global leader in healthcare technology. In this senior individual contributor role, you shape the future of MR downstream marketing across the zone, while contributing upstream to the development of the MR product and solution roadmap. You act as a strategic partner across product, sales, and clinical teams—turning insight into impact. This role is remote or hybrid based in either of the mentioned countries and requires around 50% of business traveling in the zone. Job Description Strategic Leadership & Market Growth You lead downstream marketing for MR in the zone and contribute upstream to the development of the roadmap for new products and solutions in the MR modality You define marketing strategies and implement tactical actions to drive internal growth across relevant Private and Public markets You develop a business strategy for the zone to achieve objectives set by general management You ensure quarterly and annual targets defined in the modality operational plan are achieved Product Launch & Demand Creation You take full responsibility for new product launch programs in your geographical area, ensuring strong product positioning, localized value propositions, and effective distribution strategies You create overall demand and drive product activities in close partnership with Marketing Communication and Public Relations teams to develop and implement impactful MarCom plans You train and guide teams responsible for product differentiation, ensuring clear positioning, compelling value propositions, and consistent key messages across the assigned territory Customer Insight & Market Intelligence You gather the voice of the customer and monitor market dynamics, working closely with the Regional Product Marketing Manager to quantify customer needs into business opportunities and risks You translate customer and geographical requirements into meaningful input for the MR product roadmap You analyze the market and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and anticipate potential threats Cross-Functional Collaboration & Commercial Excellence You collaborate with MR Modality Managers, Country Imaging Sales Leaders, Account Managers, and Service Sales teams to design efficient and innovative solutions to customer challenges You work closely with the Clinical MR team to strengthen clinical selling skills and embed a strong clinical mindset across sales and product organizations You support PSS teams by helping differentiate offers at every stage of the sales process, accelerating customer decision-making and driving successful outcomes Customer Engagement & Thought Leadership You actively participate in meetings with prospective and existing clients, representing advanced product expertise and deep MR knowledge You contribute to the development of sales strategies based on specific customer needs identified during these interactions You know, engage, and influence key opinion leaders (KOLs) in relevant medical fields and develop and execute regional KOL, reference, and show-site strategies Decision-Making, Risk Management & Network Building You exercise sound judgment when assessing financial, operational, and commercial risks associated with business projects proposed by your team You build and maintain a strong professional network across internal functions and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project execution Continuous Learning & Customer Satisfaction You ensure optimal customer satisfaction with all proposed and implemented solutions You continuously develop in-depth clinical and technical expertise, staying ahead of current and future trends in healthcare technology and financing models You stay informed of the technical and clinical challenges faced by customers in their day-to-day work Team Development & Engagement You foster a collaborative and engaging team environment by encouraging involvement, celebrating successes, and sharing best practices You actively promote the visibility of your team by connecting their contributions with senior leaders across the region, product organizations, and relevant modalities Qualifications & Requirements You bring a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus You have significant experience in healthcare marketing, product management, or strategic sales, ideally in imaging or diagnostics You demonstrate proven experience in MR imaging with the ability to translate customer needs into solutions and marketing strategies You are skilled at converting market insights into actionable strategies and leading cross-functional collaboration You communicate confidently and effectively, with strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with KOLs and clinical teams You are fluent in English; additional regional language skills are a strong advantage Inclusion and Diversity GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
