Job Description Summary As a Field Service Engineer 2, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of GE Healthcare medical equipment at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world. tex Job Description Job Responsibilities * Perform installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on a variety of GE Healthcare medical imaging and diagnostic equipment (e.g., X-ray, CT, MRI). * Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, utilizing schematics, service manuals, and diagnostic tools. * Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance. * Document all service activities accurately and completely in the service management system. * Manage parts inventory, ordering, and returns to ensure efficient service delivery. * Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including quality and safety standards. * Collaborate with sales, applications, and support teams to address customer needs and resolve issues. * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional conduct and effective communication. * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with GE Healthcare product advancements. Job Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field. * Strong understanding of electronic, mechanical, and computer systems. * Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based environment. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical individuals. * Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese; basic English communication skills are a plus. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned service territory. * Prior experience in a field service role or with medical equipment is advantageous but not strictly required for this entry-level position.
