Operational Management: Supervising on-site demolition, managing plant/transport resources, and maintaining site discipline. Team Leadership: Delivering inductions, toolbox talks, and task briefings to the demolition crew. Communication & Reporting: Liaising with project managers, clients, and residents, and reporting project progress.   What we're looking for: Valid CCDO Demolition Supervisor Card (Gold card) Extensive experience in demolition (steel/concrete structures) Knowledge of health and safety legislation Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Often requires Asbestos Awareness, First Aid, and sometimes specialist certifications like IPAF or PASMA What’s next?
