What we can offer you; - 23 days of annual leave  - Access to our company/people’s pension scheme - Discounts on everything from groceries to well known retailers - Access to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health; so you can lean on us whenever you need to - 24 hour access to a virtual GP, 365 days a year, for you and family members in your household - One paid days leave every year to volunteer and support your community  - Ongoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potential What you'll be doing; Understand and use the SCADA system and independently fault find and rectify issues via this and the plant’s equipment.  Communicate clear instructions and information to MBT operatives to support operations and high emphasis will be placed on the plant availability and the performance of the biological  process Conduct scheduled physical inspections in accordance with company Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) procedures Carry out operational Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) checks and report findings with the shift supervisor and maintenance supervisor Record all defects and findings accordingly and assist with KPI data entry Provide line management with specialist knowledge and hands on expertise rectifying and preventing problems such as equipment failure, material blockages and biological process inefficiencies Prepare both facilities for daily operation and carry out necessary prestart equipment checks in conjunction with the shift supervisor. What we're looking for; Essential Experience with SCADA systems. Strong understanding of Plant performance. Good documentation and reporting skills. Strong communication skills.
