Training of Leidos program managers ensures Leidos programs continue to operate at a high level. When needed, you will support development of PM training material to supplement Corporate provided training. Occasionally, you will supplement the Program Startup and Program Recovery and Surveillance teams in performing bid risk reviews, program startup activities, program surveillance and program recovery activities. As such, you should have program management, CAM or chief engineer experiences to be successful when called upon. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience in program/project management. In-depth understanding of Program Management tools and processes, including Earned Value Management, cost estimating, budget management, schedule development and management, risk mitigation and risk monetization. Technology savvy, with excellent skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and PowerBI. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence agents and large language models and how they can be applied to Program and portfolio management Passion for creating and delivering PM training programs Robust understanding of program execution policies and procedures Strong verbal and written skills along with a solid practical knowledge of complex systems PMP certification or equivalent Must be a US Citizen and meet the eligibility to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance (active Top Secret clearance is preferred) If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
