Le Site de Valeo basé à Étaples-sur-Mer (62) est un centre de Recherche & Développement et un Site de production. Il regroupe 1 200 collaborateurs autour de la conception et la fabrication de systèmes de propulsion. Nous recrutons plusieurs Superviseurs de Production (H/F) en horaire de nuit ou en horaire posté (2x8). Votre rôle est de manager les équipes autonomes de production qui vous sont rattachées en termes de sécurité, qualité et productivité, ainsi que les moyens techniques qui vous sont confiés.   Vos missions : Assurer la Sécurité des collaborateurs, remonter et traiter les écarts sécurité constatés Animer et superviser ses équipes de production Optimiser l'utilisation des moyens techniques et humains Coordonner les besoins de la production avec les services supports adéquats (maintenance, logistique, méthodes, industrialisation...) Améliorer les performances Qualité Coût Délais Implication Sécurité de ses lignes Piloter l'amélioration continue et développer le niveau de compétences des équipes À propos de vous : Vous justifiez d’une expérience significative d’au moins 2 ans en management de la production, idéalement acquise dans l’industrie automobile ou dans une industrie technologique à forte cadence (grande série). De formation supérieure, vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur ou d’un master équivalent en management de la production, génie industriel ou domaine connexe. Autonome, rigoureux(se) et réactif(ve), vous faites preuve d’un réel leadership, de qualités managériales avérées et d’une aisance relationnelle vous permettant de fédérer les équipes. Votre capacité à proposer des solutions concrètes et à faire évoluer les process sera un atout essentiel pour réussir à ce poste. La maîtrise de l’anglais courant est indispensable pour évoluer dans un environnement international.
