Tehetséggondozási és szervezetfejlesztési folyamatok koordinálása, a vezetők támogatása bevezetésükben. Képzési igények felmérése, képzési terv készítése, valamint onboarding folyamatok felügyelete. Munkavállalói elköteleződést és jólétet támogató programok megvalósítása és fejlesztési tervek kidolgozása. Részvétel a munkavállalói kapcsolatok és szakszervezeti egyeztetések kezelésében. Belső kommunikáció irányítása, a munkavállalók és vezetők folyamatos tájékoztatása. HR adminisztráció és rendszerek adatminőségének biztosítása. Munkaköri besorolási rendszer, kompenzációs és juttatási folyamatok felügyelete. Aktív részvétel szervezeti változások és fejlesztési projektek során, javaslatok a struktúra optimalizálására.
