En tant que membre de la Direction Œnologique PERRIER JOUËT, vous serez sous la responsabilité du Responsable Laboratoire et vous interviendrez sur les projets divers en cours. Vos missions clés ? Réaliser les analyses quotidiennes en suivant le process Champagne du suivi de maturité au dégorgement Participer à la préparation des dégustations Participer aux différents essais mis en place dans la société et impactant le laboratoire Si vous vous reconnaissez dans la description ci-dessous, n’hésitez pas à postuler ! A la recherche d’une alternance de 1 ou 2 an(s) en BTS ou DUT dans le domaine de la Chimie, Biochimie, Bio Analyses et Contrôles Vous avez un bon relationnel, de la rigueur, de l’autonomie et le sens de l’organisation. La maitrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office) est indispensable.
