This position is located at Taichung site 100% . What You Will Do Lead projects from FEL to execution stage and handover to production or other sponsors. (主持專案從前期設計到執行階段，並且最終交付給生產或是其他專案需求單位。) Support other project team member with the professional knowledge. (以自身的專業知識支持專案團隊內部其他人。) Meeting with stakeholders and vendors. (和工廠利害關係人以及供應商會議及溝通。) Site construction supervision and HSE management (現場施工及HSE管理。) Take overtime if the project required (依專案需求加班。) Site and project manager assigned activities and works (工廠和專案經理指派之活動和任務。) Site or projec team adminstration and HSE works (工廠或專案團隊行政和HSE任務。) What You Bring Required: (necessary to have; 必須擁有的能力) Clear mind and logics (清晰的頭腦以及邏輯) Good interpersonal skills (良好人際相處能力) Be able to develop every steps between project start and end. (能夠發展從專案開始到結束的每個步驟。) Capable to perfrom multi-tasks at the same time. (能夠同時進行多項任務。) Friendly and emotionally stable (友善且情緒穩定) Language: can communicate with other global colleagues by using English (能夠獨立和集團其他同事使用英語溝通。) Report any emergency or critical issue in time. (及時回報任何緊急或關鍵問題。) Always with solutions if there is question -or- discuss with project manager in time (對於問題需要有對應的對策，或者，及時和專案經理討論。) Preferred: (not all but if some or one of them; 並非全部但擁有一些或其中一項即可。) Familiar with control system / automation / instruments and can independently perform relative works like DSC, PLC...(熟悉控制系統、自動控制、儀表且能獨立執行相關工作，諸如DCS或PLC。) Familiar with mechanical equipment and can to perform relative works independently like stirring, pump, pressuried tanks...(熟習機械設備且能獨立執行相關工作，如攪拌、泵、壓力容器等...。) Familar with pipe engineering work and can perform relative works independently (熟悉管道工程並能獨立執行相關工作。) Familar with steel structure and can perform relative design and review works independently (熟悉管道工程並能獨立執行相關工作。) Engineering drawing development or revision like AutoCAD...(工程圖面繪畫或修改能力) Project management ability (專案管理能力) Good English writing for project relative documents (可以寫好英文的專案相關文件。) Quality control and assurance concept (品質確認及保證觀念) Familari with Microsoft office, SAP...(熟悉Office, SAP...)
