Please note that contract roles do not include additional monetary benefits or health care coverage. Hourly pay for this position ranges from $27.00 - $28.00 per hour , depending on experience. Job Summary: The T&E Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the North American Travel & Expense (T&E) process, including administration of the corporate credit card program, ensuring compliance with company policies and providing exceptional customer support. In addition, updates and maintains financial master data within the E1 ERP system in accordance with established policies and controls. What you’ll do Administer and coordinate the day to day on the corporate credit card program for North American employees, ensuring proper issuance, suspension, and compliance to T&E policies. Reconciliation of T&E data to accounts payable and treasury. Provide customer service by responding promptly to employee inquiries and resolving credit card disputes. Guidance on T&E processes while promoting continuous improvement and policy adherence. Collaborate with management to support audits, compliance initiatives, and lead T&E-related projects. Ensure vendor government compliance for vendors in the ERP system. Responsible for review and inactivating vendor master records. Utilize knowledge of Concur, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems (preferably Oracle JDE) to ensure accuracy and efficiency. What’s in it for me? Required qualifications Post secondary Accounting/Finance. Minimum of 2 years experience in an accounting or finance position. Tech-savvy;  comfortable with tools like Concur, ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented professional who thrives on accuracy and compliance. Strong analytical skills. Familiarity with corporate credit card programs. Customer-focused individuals who like helping others and providing timely support. Excellent communication skills.
