In this exciting role, you’ll be working hands-on with digital tools, data, and cross-functional teams to bring smart solutions to life.   YOUR CHALLENGES: Supporting the digitization team in rolling out strategic site priorities and goals Collaborating on digitization projects within the plant Assisting with testing and implementing standard digital tools Analyzing processes, workflows, and technologies to suggest improvement opportunities Collecting, analyzing, and visualizing Big Data to gain insights and support decision-making Sharing and spreading digital knowledge across departments ABOUT YOU: A recent high school OR university graduate in a technical or IT-related field (max. 1 year after graduation) Advanced English (Czech is a big plus!)
