Vos missions: En tant que Souscripteur senior Lignes financières , vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de Markel en France : Développer la présence de Markel sur le marché français et constituer un portefeuille durable générateur de croissance rentable Développer l’activité de souscription Financial Lines sur les marchés transactionnels et les marchés de délégations et de facilités Contribuer à l’évolution continue des produits de la ligne (structures, documentation contractuelle et proposition de valeur) Participer activement au développement commercial auprès des courtiers français, en entretenant des relations de long terme et en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités de partenariats stratégiques Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe dirigeante pour challenger et affiner la stratégie dans une logique de construction et d’amélioration continue Effectuer des déplacements ponctuels en France et en Europe afin de rencontrer nos partenaires et interlocuteurs clés du marché Votre profil: Expérience significative sur le marché français des lignes financières (secteurs sociétés commerciales et institutions financières) Maîtrise du français et anglais professionnel indispensable à l’écrit comme à l’oral Esprit entrepreneurial, approche terrain et sens des responsabilités Esprit ouvert, innovant et orienté solutions, avec une bonne compréhension des mécanismes du marché et des enjeux économiques associés Pourquoi nous rejoindre?: Chez Markel, vous ne prenez pas simplement un poste : vous participez à la construction d’un projet structurant et visible au sein du groupe .
