The site of Bietigheim-Bissingen based in Germany belongs to Light Division. We are looking for a VIE  Digitalization & IA Engineer for 12 months within the team. Your challenges? You help in the plant's Industrial Digitalization strategy to boost customer satisfaction and operational efficiency You design, deploy, and configure digital solutions on new and existing production equipment Train and support local users on Industrial Digitalization systems and coordinate learning programs You lead and coordinate all Industrial Digitalization projects, acting as the main point of contact for internal teams and external suppliers You drive innovation by participating in technology watch and promoting best practices within the industrial network You will face the challenge of bridging the gap between complex new technologies and everyday operations, requiring you to harmonize technical innovation with team training and cross-functional project coordination You are ensuring we eliminate operational bottlenecks through automation while preventing our infrastructure from becoming obsolete in an increasingly digital market Let’s talk about you… You are graduated from a Engineering degree in these fields You already have experience in digitalization / IA You have a fluent level of English You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy  German is a plus  Please, don't forget to apply in English to facilitate the process with our managers.  Why Valeo?
