Seit über 55 Jahren revolutionieren wir die Pflegebranche und suchen Menschen, die eine Leidenschaft für Technik in einer starken Unternehmenskultur teilen.   Deine Aufgaben Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen KI-Strategie für den Kundenservice Gestaltung der kulturellen und strukturellen Transformation zur Verbesserung von Mitarbeiter- und Kundenerlebnissen Identifikation, Priorisierung und Umsetzung relevanter KI-Use Cases Steuerung des Gesamtprogramms inklusive Roadmap, Meilensteinen, KPIs und Erfolgsmessung Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Wissensmanagementprozessen für den KI-Einsatz Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in technische Anforderungen Integration KI-gestützter Self-Service-Lösungen und Förderung der Nutzerakzeptanz Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Technologiepartnern Monitoring und kontinuierliche Optimierung anhand relevanter Kennzahlen Das bringst du mit – dein Profil Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, Transformationsmanagement, Customer Success oder CRM (vorzugsweise SaaS) Fundiertes Verständnis von KI-Technologien und Wissensmanagement Praxis im Einsatz von KI im Servicekontext und im Aufbau von Wissensstrukturen Strategisches Denken und Priorisierung von Use Cases Verständnis von Softwareentwicklungs- und IT-Prozessmanagement Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (z. B.
