When considering candidates, we look for scientific and business professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and most importantly, share our passionate interest in fighting cancer. The Director, Communications, Europe leads the development and execution of an integrated regional communications strategy that advances BeOne Medicines’ strategic ambition, strengthens corporate reputation, and supports commercial priorities across Europe.   The role reports to the Head of Corporate Affairs, Europe, and works closely with the network of country communication teams across the region. He/she will serve as strategic communications advisor to the cross-functional teams to develop and deliver a coordinated communications strategy aligned with regional business priorities and Global Corporate Affairs objectives.   The role is accountable for leading integrated branded and unbranded communications across the product lifecycle (pre-launch, launch and post-launch), in close partnership with cross-functional teams, to strengthen confidence in our science and portfolio. Lead agency management and oversee high-quality development of communication materials (media content, narratives, Q&As, toolkits, presentations). Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate communication effectiveness and continuously optimize impact.    Profile: Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in communications/PR within healthcare, including a significant experience in a corporate pharma or biotech environment. Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-market communications strategies at regional or international level. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business priorities into impactful communications and reputation initiatives.
