The range may vary if the role outside of this location.  Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position. Job Summary:   The Finance Manager, Pricing & Promotional Strategy sits at the center of strategy, analytics, and value creation, transforming data into profitable growth decisions across Pernod Ricard USA’s portfolio. This role owns portfolio-level pricing and promotional strategy, building frameworks, insights, and decision tools that guide brands and commercial teams toward smarter revenue and margin outcomes. You will act as a strategic thought leader within the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Center of Excellence while partnering cross-functionally to drive material business impact. What you’ll do : Serve as a subject matter expert within the RGM Center of Excellence for pricing, promotion, and value growth strategy Develop portfolio-level pricing guardrails, promotional frameworks, and strategic playbooks to guide decision-making Lead strategic deep dives across price architecture, elasticity, promotional ROI, mix optimization, and investment effectiveness Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for brand and commercial teams Partner cross-functionally with Portfolio Finance, Commercial Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to align strategy with financial objectives Define and own RGM KPIs across pricing integrity, promo effectiveness, and portfolio performance Leverage advanced analytics including scenario modeling, A/B testing, pricing pilots, and ROI measurement Act as subject matter expert across RGM ecosystem including Power BI, Rev Up (AI Tool), Vistar PSM/PRM, and RGM Portal Lead executive-ready presentations and communications across all organizational levels including C-suite, VPs, Directors, Managers, and Analysts Drive continuous improvement through automation, new analytics approaches, defining AI use cases, and scalable best practices What’s in it for me?
