Rejoignez Martell en tant que stagiaire pour 6 mois à partir de juillet 2026. Les missions très variées vous donneront la chance de développer un large spectre de compétences RH.   Vos missions principales :   1/ Soutien au Plan de formation : En collaboration avec le "CSP (Centre de Service Partagé) Formation" et notre partenaire formation Rhexis, accompagner les projets de formation en soutenant le déploiement du plan de formation. Créer et animer une communauté interne de formateurs et formatrices engagé·es pour transmettre leur savoir et savoir-faire. 2/ Animation du réseau de stagiaires et alternant·es Piloter et développer le réseau interne des stagiaires et alternant·es pour renforcer leur intégration, engagement et fidélisation. Être le contact privilégié des stagiaires et alternant·es afin de répondre à leurs questions, assurer un suivi régulier et les accompagner tout au long de leur expérience chez Martell. Contribuer à la réalisation de bilans et de reportings réguliers sur les activités de la communauté des étudiant·es afin d’améliorer constamment nos pratiques. 3/ Contribution aux relations sociales et juridiques RH Accompagner notre juriste sur la préparation des réunions de négociations : rédaction des documents, benchmark… Assurer le suivi des avis rendus par le CSE, et des actions qui peuvent en découler Mettre à jour différents documents juridiques RH Réaliser la veille et la recherche juridique sur différents sujets du quotidien Actualiser notre intranet RH     Profil recherché : Vous allez démarrer votre dernière année d'étude en Bac +5 en RH, Commerce, Gestion, Finance, Marketing ou autres. Première expérience en stage RH appréciée Curiosité, autonomie, esprit d’initiative et proactivité.
