Le Site Valeo de Reilly (60) est un site industriel regroupant près de 80 collaborateurs autour du conditionnement de balais d’essuie-glaces pour le marché de l’après-vente. Votre mission Rattaché(e) au Responsable Logistique du site, l'Analyste Inventaire est le garant de la fiabilité des stocks physiques de l'entreprise. Ses missions principales sont l'organisation et le pilotage des inventaires, l'analyse des écarts et la définition ainsi que la mise en œuvre des plans d'actions correctifs associés. Gestion et Réalisation des Inventaires  Établir le planning et assigner les inventaires tournants, en assurant leur bonne exécution. Participer aux comptages si nécessaire. Piloter la préparation et la réalisation de l'inventaire général périodique. Participer à la définition des procédures de comptage en étroite collaboration avec le service finance. Être le responsable de la fiabilité des stocks physiques. Pilotage des Indicateurs et Analyse des Écarts  Saisir les données d'inventaire, en garantir la fiabilité pour l'escalade au service finance. Analyser rigoureusement les écarts d’inventaire et alerter en cas de dérive significative. Amélioration de la Fiabilité des Stocks Proposer et piloter des plans d’actions concrets visant la réduction des écarts d’inventaire. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres services pour identifier et mettre en place des solutions de fiabilisation des stocks. Parlons de vous De formation technique Bac+2/3 , vous êtes doté(e) d’une expérience minimale de 4 ans sur une fonction similaire, idéalement acquise sur site industriel. Vous maîtrisez les principes de gestion des stocks et des inventaires solides et êtes rompu(e) à l’utilisation de SAP . Votre capacité à analyser des données et à comprendre les flux physiques et informatiques vous permettra d’être rapidement autonome. Un niveau d ’Anglais professionnel est requis pour assurer les échanges avec vos interlocuteurs internes et externes.
