Als Redakteur (m/w/d) für Pflege und Gesundheit bildest Du die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren ProduktmanagerInnen und der Videoproduktion und übernimmst dabei die fachlich-inhaltliche Ausgestaltung unserer e-Learnings:   Deine Aufgaben: Erstellung von Drehbüchern für animierte Lernvideos in der Pflege  Recherche und Aufbereitung von Lerninhalten unter didaktischen und medienpädagogischen Gesichtspunkten  Gestaltung von interaktiven Web Based Trainings durch die Aufbereitung pflegewissenschaftlicher und berufspädagogischer Inhalte  Erstellung von Lernerfolgsfragen, Zertifizierungstests sowie vertiefenden Lerndokumenten  Recherche und Ausarbeitung von pflegerelevanten Inhalten  Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen: Berufserfahrung in der praktischen stationären oder ambulanten Pflege  Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sehr gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in der deutschen Sprache  hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortlichkeit  Kreative Ideenvielfalt in der Vorbereitung von Lernmaterialien  Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise  Methodenkompetenz  Fähigkeit, sich in kurzen Zeiträumen in verschiedenste Fachgebiete einzuarbeiten  #IN-H #LI-MDAN
