The range may vary if the role outside of this location.  Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position. As Region Chain Vice President, you’ll lead the regional strategy for chain accounts, driving performance across key national and regional retailers. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape commercial execution, build executive-level relationships, and lead a team of Senior Chain Managers to deliver against ambitious growth targets. What you’ll do Lead regional chain strategy and execution to drive volume, net sales, and category share across assigned accounts. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with chain retail buyers, category managers, and distributor stakeholders. Oversee a team of Senior Chain Managers and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective sell-in and execution of programs. Monitor and optimize performance metrics including pricing, distribution, shelf space, and promotional ROI. Translate national plans into regional execution and ensure alignment across commercial, finance, and marketing teams. Leverage syndicated data and shopper insights to develop customer-specific programs and inform strategic decisions. Promote a high-performance culture through monthly performance huddles, coaching, and development aligned with organizational goals.   What’s in it for me? Required qualifications 10–15+ years of experience in beverage alcohol sales, with 5+ years focused on chain accounts. Proven leadership experience with team and P&L responsibility. Strong negotiation skills and experience developing Annual Operating Plans (AOPs). Deep understanding of regional retail and distributor networks. Proficiency in data analysis and insights tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
