Wir suchen SIE als Werkstudent (m/w/d) -  Facility Management Support für unseren Standort in Braunschweig . Diese Herausforderungen erwarten Sie: Verwaltung des Gästeanmeldeprozesses, einschließlich der Anmeldeverfahren und der Ausgabe von Besucherausweisen Bearbeitung des Posteingangs und -ausgangs sowie von Lieferungen Überwachung und Verwaltung des Büromaterialbestands sowie bei Bedarf das Aufgeben von Bestellungen Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Vorbereitung von Besprechungsräumen Durchführung regelmäßiger Rundgänge im Büro, um Wartungs- oder Sicherheitsprobleme zu erkennen und diese an den Facility Manager zu melden Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben Damit begeistern Sie uns: Immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d), idealerweise im kaufmännischen/wirtschaftlichen Bereich Sie lernen schnell und arbeiten eigenverantwortlich Sie kommunizieren gut und offen mit Ihren Kollegen Sie halten vereinbarte Liefertermine ein Sie finden Verbesserungsvorschläge und besprechen diese mit Ihrem Manager Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch Warum Valeo?
