Műszakkezdéskor/ termékváltáskor gyártási folyamat indítása. Sorozatminták kezelése és utasítás szerinti ellenőrzése. Késztermékek/ félkész termékek zárolása esetleges hiba fellépése esetén. Válogatások indítása alkatrészre/ félkész-, késztermékre. Heti termékauditok indítása a protokollnak megfelelően. Kieső termékek elsőszintű analizálás. Folyamatindító lapok töltése. Gyártósorról kieső termékek és alkatrészek erre dedikált programban való rögzítése. Selejt könyvelés előkészítése.
