Let’s talk about responsibilities: Drive development, strategy, roadmap and success of our digital payment portal, ensuring secure, seamless and efficient payment experiences for customers while meeting the business objectives Along with the Senior Product Managers, demonstrate true ownership of the managed products by weighing decisions based on P&L impact and ensuring alignment with company vision and market needs. Partner with customers and cross-functional teams (like Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) to translate real business problems into scalable solutions rather than feature requests. Own product strategy and roadmap for managed products. Work closely with other Senior PMs to ensure consistency on strategy, prioritisation, and execution across other Business Office solutions, and actively support them in discovery, decision making, and delivery. Prioritise ruthlessly to avoid feature accumulation and focus on outcomes that drive adoption, revenue, and lower cost of operation. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem discovery through delivery, adoption and profitability. Develop and validate product requirements by testing assumptions with customers and key internal stakeholders. Decide when to build, buy, or partner using clear metrics (KPIs), and collaborate with business development on strategic partnerships when appropriate. Monitor regulatory requirements impacting the Business Office and ensure timely and pragmatic incorporation into the roadmap. Measure adoption, utilisation, and financial impact to assess product success and guide future investment decisions. Clearly articulate value proposition and differentiation, partnering with sales and marketing to support effective positioning and customer understanding. Enable internal teams and customers through clear communication of product intent, releases, and expected outcomes. Let’s talk about Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, healthcare, or related discipline. At least 5 years of product management experience delivering complex software or SaaS products. Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated use of data and metrics to drive product decisions and outcomes. Comfort with numbers, correlations, and patterns is essential. Clear and effective communicator, able to translate complex problems into concise narratives for diverse audiences. Solid understanding of core product management fundamentals, including market analysis, competitive context, and requirements definition. Hands-on experience working with engineering teams using agile or iterative development practices. Experience in Product Management of Financial Services, E-commerce, digital payment processing, credit card merchants, global banking, and financial technology.  We also value Product Managers who bring proven experiences from other industries.  Strong understanding of APIs.
