Senior ELT Engineer – Electric Motor Design & Validation Location: Czechowice, Poland Valeo Czechowice eAutomotive is looking for a Senior Electrotechnic Engineer to strengthen our team developing advanced electric traction motors. If you have deep experience in electric motor design, dielectric simulation, test specification, and direct customer/supplier interaction – this is your opportunity. What We Expect – Your Key to Success: Diploma (Master’s preferred) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 5 years of professional experience in electric machine design and optimization (serial production / market applications) Practical knowledge of typical materials, components, and manufacturing processes for electric motors Advanced skills in electromagnetic and dielectric simulation tools Experience in defining, executing, and judging complex motor/component tests Strong self-organization, solution-driven attitude, and excellent technical documentation skills Fluent English, German would be an added advantage Your Key Responsibilities Include: Technical specification and full documentation of designs Simulation of electromagnetic and dielectric parts Definition and specification of tests (motor and component level) Supporting, supervising, and personally executing tests Analysis and assessment of test data and project requirements Leading customer and supplier technical communication Utilization, evaluation, and improvement of simulation tools Task management, project reporting, and escalation Application and creation of internal / industry standards What We Offer: Innovative environment in our state-of-the-art Czechowice facility Dynamic, diverse team passionate about eMobility Hybrid work policy, full benefits package (Medicover, Medicover Sport, , PPE, additional insurances, trainings) Real influence on next-generation eDrive products for premium OEMs Apply today and bring your expertise to the heart of electric mobility!
