Date Posted: 2026-02-02 Country: France Location: 10 Rue Paule Raymondis, 31200, TOULOUSE, France Aperçu du poste   En tant que Technico-Commercial T-Desk, vous êtes responsable de l’élaboration des offres de travaux de réparation sur votre périmètre. Vous intervenez à la fois sur le plan technique (chiffrage) et commercial (émission des devis), en lien avec les équipes internes et les clients. Votre objectif : proposer des solutions pertinentes, compétitives et alignées avec la politique commerciale. Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez  :   Sélectionner les opportunités à traiter à partir des outils CRM et chantier Élaborer et chiffrer les offres de réparation selon les priorités définies Préparer et transmettre les devis aux clients (email, plateforme, etc.) Collaborer avec l’expert T-Desk pour les cas nécessitant une expertise technique Apporter un soutien ponctuel au gestionnaire commercial T-Desk Respecter la politique commerciale et les standards de qualité En complément, selon votre niveau d’expérience (profil confirmé) Participer à la création et à l’uniformisation des catalogues de prestations Maîtriser les coûts internes et externes pour garantir des offres justes et cohérentes Choisir la solution technique la plus adaptée à chaque situation Conseiller et accompagner les membres de l’équipe dans leur quotidien Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :   BAC+2 / BAC+3 technico-commerciaux ou expérience professionnelle équivalente Au minimum 3 ans d'expérience réussie sur un poste chantier Sens du commerce et capacité à anticiper les besoins clients à distance Solide maîtrise technique pour chiffrer avec précision Expérience chantier ou technique appréciée Aisance avec les outils internes (CRM, bases de données…) Capacité à interagir avec les équipes internes (chantier, commerce, usine) Rigueur, autonomie et esprit d’équipe   Quels sont les avantages ?   Nous vous offrons un package complet :   Treizième mois Contribution de l’entreprise aux cotisations santé & prévoyance, avantages du comité d’entreprise Plan d’épargne entreprise Participation Cantine d'entreprise/Tickets restaurant Accord télétravail : possibilité de 2j/semaine post période d'essai  If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.  Otis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
