Objective of the Role: Reporting to the Transformation Project Manager, this role is responsible for shaping the data foundation and governance of our Conviviality Platform. The objective is to enable Pernod Ricard’s digital transformation, enhance consumer-centricity, and support our mission of helping people make a new friend every day. What We Offer: Hybrid work in a friendly atmosphere in our designer office in the center of Warsaw; development in an international organization with prestigious brands with history; comprehensive onboarding in tasks and training support in the development of professional skills; opportunities for personal development and experience in working with high-ranking experts; a bonus system based on the achievement of individually set goals; a package of company benefits, Role: Work together with management to support the definition and implementation of data governance and data strategy Contribute to the development and operationalization of data governance mission, goals, metrics, and success measures Collaborate with IT and other departments to deliver practical, business-driven data solutions and enable future data partnerships Support the assessment of business cases for new data sources, including cost–benefit considerations and integration complexity Facilitate cross-functional discussions to support decision-making on data investments Implement and maintain data governance structures and processes Build, maintain, and prioritize the data governance issue and improvement backlog from a business perspective Design, automate, and improve data processes using internal system data, customer data, and external/market data Analyze, visualize, and optimize data flows and related operational processes Design and support the implementation of new data interfaces in close collaboration with the international IT team Act as a day-to-day business sparring partner for global IT on data-related needs Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other functions to improve data quality, structures, and usability Act as a change enabler, supporting adoption of data governance practices across the organization Translate data governance concepts into clear, tangible business benefits for stakeholders What do we expect? At least 5 years of work experience in working with Data Governance; Knowledge and experience in ERP SAP (np. SAP MDG, SAP ECC, S/4HANA) would be an asset; higher education, preferred majors related to process management and data management; analytical skills with ability to summarize complex issues / data sets and share it effectively with management; outstanding interpersonal skills so you are seen as credible, knowledgeable and a positive representative of the data management team; proven track of records in leading projects and good understanding of various project management techniques; experience of leading change and good understanding of change management tools and techniques; experience in delivering data quality initiatives that have provided tangible efficiencies or business value; excellent verbal and written business communication skills - ability to prepare management presentations, give a speech to senior management, lead workshops etc. APPLY!
