1. HR Business Partner Support Act as a proactive and credible HR partner, aligning HR strategy with evolving business priorities and market dynamics. Assist line manager in providing HR advisory support to business leaders, including organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management. Implement of HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals. Analyze people data (e.g., turnover, engagement, promotion rates) to diagnose root causes, recommend evidence-based interventions, and measure impact on retention and productivity. 2. Employee Lifecycle Management Independently manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding by collaborating with share service team, ensuring compliance with local policies and regulations. Work with HRSSC team to maintain accurate employee data and support system-related projects and updates. 3. Talent Acquisition and Development Manage talent acquisition process to attract right talents Coordinate talent development programs with COEs, including training needs analysis, program delivery, and evaluation. Support the execution of talent management processes such as high-potential identification, career pathing, and development planning. 4. Employee Engagement & Culture Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement activities (e.g., festive events, wellness programs, team-building) to foster a positive workplace culture. Support the rollout of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Analyze engagement data and propose actionable insights to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. 5. HR Operations  Work together with line manager on HR budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking activities. Collaborate with HR shared services, C&B, and finance teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
