As a result of growth, Valeo Lighting Systems is currently opening a new Development Center, which focuses on  developing and manufacturing lighting systems for passenger cars. Key Responsibilities: Process Optimization: Improve efficiency, quality, and workstation ergonomics through flow management and Poka-Yoke implementation. Operational Support: Partner with APU Supervisors to organize production and train operators on technical and quality standards. Continuous Improvement: Analyze production processes using PDCA-FTA methodology to drive systematic improvements  Technical Oversight: Supervise the installation, regulation, and maintenance of production devices, including specialized welding stations . Quality Authority: Monitor process compliance and exercise the authority to stop production in case of non-conformity. Responsible for workshop dedicated for production process improvement ( HOSHIN, MUDA hunting, SMED )  Requirements: Education: University degree in Engineering (Automation & Robotics, Production Process Management, or related technical fields). Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing production projects, preferably within a high-volume manufacturing environment . Language Skills: Good command of English (minimum B2) , capable of communicating technical requirements clearly. Technical Expertise: Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes. Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing tools WCM , FMEA , and PDCA . Proficiency in CAD software. Core Competencies: Effective planning, analytical thinking (including supplier management), and the ability to lead technical analyses.
