About the Team   Unified   Co llaboration   Service team   is responsible for   designing, implem en ting, and supporting the collaboration and communication platforms that connect   Resmed's   global workforce. We manage the technologies that   en able seamless communication, from Microsoft Teams and Exchange to telephony systems and compliance tools.   We focus on delivering reliable, integrated communication experi en ces while   en suring data governance and regulatory compliance. By partnering with business units, security, and infrastructure teams, we   en able effective collaboration across time zones and empower teams to work effici en tly in hybrid   en v i ronm en ts.   About the Role   As a   Unified Co llaboration   Engineer ,   you'll   indep en d en tly manage and   optimize   Resmed's   collaboration ecosystem—Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online   /   Hybrid   ,   Teams Telephony, Microsoft Purview.   You'll   resolve complex technical issues, lead implem en tation projects, and contribute to strategic improvem en ts   of   our communication and employee experi en ce platforms.   This specialist role requires you to apply company policies and best practices to solve   moderate to   complex problems with minimal supervision.   You'll   collaborate across teams, contribute to technical analysis and reporting, and help shape the evolution of our unified communications and digital workplace strategy.     Responsibilities   Advanced Platform Administration   Indep en d en tly manage Microsoft Teams   en v i ronm en ts including governance, policies, and advanced configurations   Design and implem en t Exchange Online solutions for complex mail routing and compliance requirem en ts   with Hybrid architecture    Configure and   optimize   Teams Telephony including auto att en dants, call queues, and voice routing policies   Maintain   Microsoft Purview compliance solutions including retention   policies   Understanding on Cisco Telephony system and read y   to be   sunse t (retired)   Compliance & Governance Managem en t   Support   data ret en tion policies   implem en tation   across communication platforms   Manage eDiscovery processes and support legal/compliance requests   Configure and   main ta in   information protection policies   Conduct compliance audits and g en erate regulatory reports   Complex Problem Resolution   Resolve escalated issues across UC and   Exchange   platforms   requiring   in-depth analysis   Perform root cause analysis for recurring problems and implem en t perman en t fixes   Coordinate with Microsoft support for premier-level issues   Lead incid en t response for UC-related outages and service degradations     Stakeholder Collaboration   Partner with business units to understand communication requirem en ts   Pres en t technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders   Collaborate with security team on UC security posture   Work with network team to   en sure voice quality and reliability     Qualifications   Required   Bachelor's degree in Information Technology , Computer Sci en ce, or equival en t experi en ce   Minimum   5   years of experi en ce in Microsoft 365 administration or unified communications   Strong   expertise   with Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online   Good understanding of Hybrid   envi ronment   for Active Directory and Exchange    Knowledge   in PowerShell scripting and automation   Excell en t problem-solving and analytical skills     Strong writt en   and verbal communication abilities   Preferred     Experi en ce with Microsoft Teams Phone System and Direct Routing   Knowledge of Microsoft Purview compliance center   (S C -400 / SC-401)   Experi en ce with hybrid Exchange   en v i ronm en ts   Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-700, MS-203)   JIR A and   AGI L E   foundation    Experi en ce in regulated industries or healthcare   Technical Compet en cies Required   Advanced Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting   PowerShell automation and scripting   Voice/telephony configuration and
