Operate from modified aircraft , using keen observation and teamwork to help locate persons or vessels in distress. Play a vital role in high-impact, humanitarian operations.   Spot and identify people, vessels, or objects visually   Communicate findings clearly to pilots and crew   Operate and monitor mission-specific equipment   Maintain detailed records during and after missions   Work closely with aircrew in dynamic, high-pressure scenarios   What You’ll Bring to Make An Impact   Acceptable level of health and fitness in accordance with the pre-employment medical and Civil Aviation Safety Authority medical standards   Nationally accredited Provide First Aid Qualification   Able to obtain a clear National Police Check     Don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes – if you meet most of them, we encourage you to submit your application.
