Wir verbessern den Informationsfluss, die Produktivität und die Verwaltung von Jugendhilfe-Einrichtungen ganz entscheidend.  Wir suchen zur Ergänzung unseres Teams einen Sales Manager (m/w/d) bundesweit. Deine Aufgabe: Neukundenakquise und Vertriebsgebietsausbau : Identifizieren, gewinnen und strategisch erweitern des zugeteilten Vertriebsgebiets. Bestandskundenpflege : Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen zur Generierung von Up- und Cross-Selling sowie Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit. Beratung und Präsentation : Bedarfsgerechte, fachlich kompetente Vorstellung des Produktportfolios – remote oder vor Ort. Reporting und Marktanalyse : Erstellung und Durchführung von Reportings zu Vertriebsfortschritten, Zielerreichung und Marktbewegungen für die Vertriebsleitung. Vertragsverhandlungen und Abschluss : Verhandlung von Konditionen und Abschluss von Verträgen unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensrichtlinien. Kooperation und Strategieentwicklung : Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (Vertrieb, Marketing, Produktmanagement, Kundenservice) sowie Teilnahme an Messen und Mitgestaltung neuer Vertriebsstrategien.
