Hlavní zodpovědnosti: Tvorba specifikací, plánování, realizace a analýza procesů testování, flashování a automatizace Řízení, vývoj a vlastnictví procesů funkčního testování a flashování Řízení subdodávek SW, HW od externích dodavatelů Analýza problémů v procesu testování/flashování a výroby Spolupráce s týmem Industrializace při návrhu, validaci a odladění výrobních linek a testerů Spolupráce s RnD týmem pro produktové testování a flashování a jeho validace Spolupráce s RnD týmem pro zavedení produktové kyberbezpečnosti (cybersecurity) a její validace Podílení se na pravidelných revizích dle milníku projektu u dodavatele Spolupráce s nadnárodními týmy pro standardizaci procesů a testování Identifikace a implementace procesů ke snížení provozních nákladů Příprava procedúr pro preventivní údržbu zařízení Podpora oddělení kvality při analýze defektů týkajících se procesů výroby a testování a s tím spojené vytvoření a zavedení nápravných opatření  Podpora sériových projektů při modifikacích a údržbě Příprava a zavádění digitalizace a automatizace (dle factory 4.0) Aktivní spolupráce s oddělením IT/IS při zavádění digitalizace a machine learnin g Požadavky: SŠ/VŠ vzdělání technického směru (elektro) s praxí v oboru vyhláška 50/1978 Sb., §6 Znalost AJ a ČJ na komunikativní úrovni Manuální zručnost, analytické myšlení Schopnost učit se novým věcem, odolnost vůči stresu Zkušenosti s   funkčním testováním elektroniky Výhodou zkušenosti s   programováním   (C#, VB) Výhodu zkušenosti s NI LabView, NI TestStand výhodou Výhodou zkušenosti s   komunikačními sběrnicemi CAN, LIN, automotive ethernet Výhodou zkušenosti s PLC a roboty Výhodou   zkušenosti s databázemi a QUERY software Job: P0/P1 Process/Manuf Engineering PTM Organization: P0/P1 Process/Manufacturing PTM Schedule: Full time Employee Status: Regular Job Type: Main Employment (standard value) Job Posting Date: 2025-12-17 Join Us !
