Mise en place de matériel au bureau de nos collaborateurs. (Écrans /Station d’accueil/ câblage / chargeur) Accompagner les collaborateurs dans leurs demandes d’assistance : Suite Office 365 (Onedrive Entreprise / Sharepoint Online / Onenote) Administration Back-Office : Active Directory (création de profil / attribution de droits / Groupes) Administration O365 (Les bases) Masterisation depuis SCCM (Windows 10) SCCM (rapports) Vision conférence (Polycom / outil Bluejeans) Gestion - Impression / numérisation (Canon Uniflow) - panne Suivre et gérer des imprévus au quotidien de nos collaborateurs.
