Support operations : Project Execution Support : Assist senior engineers in the execution of engineering projects, focusing on tasks related to Newness levels 1 (fully applied, standard design and design based on existing rules). Technical Documentation : Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and other relevant documents. Data Analysis and Reporting : Collect, analyze, and report on technical data, contributing to informed decision-making within the team. Competencies: Discipline Design Process Application : Demonstrate proficiency in applying the established Discipline design processes and methodologies. Technical Learning : Actively seek opportunities to learn and develop technical skills within the Discipline, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices. Efficiency : Digitalization Roadmap Adherence : Adhere to the Discipline's Digitalization Roadmap, utilizing designated tools and processes to ensure efficiency in their work. Continuous Improvement Identification : Contribute to the identification of potential improvements to existing processes and methodologies based on their experience. Innovation : N/A : At this stage, the focus is on developing foundational skills and applying existing knowledge. Collaboration and Influence : Effective Communication : Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information exchange. Professional Experience   0-2 years of experience in Discipline Engineering activities in automotive or relevant industries.   Engineering Degree Basic understanding of engineering principles and their application within the Discipline. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices. Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) and other relevant software tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise within the Discipline.
