Stage de fin d'études - Supply Chain / PTM (Packaging, Transport & Master Data) Nous recherchons pour notre site de Mazamet, un(e) stagiaire pour accompagner la conception, le développement et le démarrage des nouveaux projets logistiques (nouveaux produits). 🎯 Missions principales Le stage s’articule autour de 4 axes majeurs : 1️⃣ Packaging Participer à la définition et à l’acquisition des packagings FING / SIN et composants, en conformité avec les standards clients et internes, tout en respectant les délais et jalons projets. Renseigner les datasheets packaging sur les portails clients Demander et suivre les formations nécessaires à la gestion des emballages clients sur leurs portails (ex. Discovery pour VW, PACMAN pour STLA, etc.). 2️⃣ Surface & flux logistiques Calculer les surfaces nécessaires au stockage des FING / SFIN (PSO) / composants. Proposer des layouts ligne en adéquation avec les flux logistiques mis en place (alimentation / évacuation). Définir l’ autonomie de stockage idéale sur ligne , en cohérence avec le passage des trains. Calculer la surface nécessaire au magasin pour les FING / composants. 3️⃣ Master Data & SAP Renseigner et fiabiliser les master data FING / FIN et composants dans SAP. Paramétrer les données nécessaires pour assurer la cohérence entre les flux physiques et informatiques , sans perturbation. Participer au calcul des besoins , au paramétrage MRP , ainsi qu’à la saisie des poids et dimensions des articles pour le transport et la facturation. 4️⃣ Inventaire & stocks projets S’assurer de la fiabilité des stocks des pièces projets. Mettre en place des outils de tracking des stocks projets (entrées / sorties manuelles physiques et sous SAP). 👤 Profil recherché Étudiant(e) en école d’ingénieur ou master avec une spécialisation en Supply Chain / Logistique / Génie industriel. Intérêt marqué pour les environnements industriels et projets. À l’aise avec les données, les flux logistiques et les outils informatiques. La connaissance de SAP est un atout.
