Let's talk about the role: 1.   负责公司在减重领域的新业务搭建和发展，完成公司在减重领域的年度销售任务，并在一年内开发出>5 家以上的标杆医院和对应的 KOL ；   2.   探索减重领域家用无创呼吸机的业务模式，在建立标杆医院的同时，找到可以规模化发展业务的方法并落地执行；   3.   在减重领域推动家用无创呼吸机的共识和指南，在临床路径中建立 OSA 和 OHS 的诊断和治疗路径，并可以进行复制；   4.   为现有的经销商开发减重领域赋能，组织相关培训和实地指导；   5.   开发适合减重领域的经销体系，一年内培育和发展>3 家新的代理商；   6.   同时负责公司女性 OSA 市场的开发，完成相应的销售任务，除了在原有的经销商体系里为女性市场开拓赋能，还要开拓新的领域比如妇产科，开发>2 家针对妇产科的经销商，并探索新的业务模式；   7.   落地公司已有的女性 OSA 项目，协助销售团队建立>10 家 女性 OSA 的标杆医院   8.   合规合法的进行学术推广活动，在减重、女性这两个领域通过学术推广建立品牌影响力 Let's talk about you: 1. 在 外资 医疗器械公司从事减重领域工作年限 >5 年， 有 妇产科或者神经内科 、内分泌科的经验 是 加分项 ;   2. 熟悉国内减重领域的 KOLs ，在工作经验中有管理和服务这些 KOLs 的经验；   有经销商管理的经验，有完整的代理商开发、培育、管理、取消全环节的经验；   3. 有独立开发新医院和新产品入院的经验，有 To C 端产品销售经验是 加分项 ;   4. 有 开发和培养 KOLs 的能力 ，尤其是把区域性 KOL 培养成重要 KOL 的经验；   5. 具备区域规划能力，能根据公司任务合理规划区域开拓计划，具备建立生意可持续发展的能力；   6. 具备项目管理能力，能与公司各部门进行跨部门沟通，有成功的推动项目落地的案例和经验；   7. 有产品管理和产品准入的经验，有通过不同产品组合满足不同地区客户的经验，有小设备入院的经验是加分项；   8. 抗压能力好，适应经常出差，有持续达成指标的记录 ；   9. 有带团队的经验是 加分项。 Joining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
