The primary role of Production & Assembly function is to manufacture, assemble and pack products. Key deliverables include, managing the day-to-day production & planning functions for manufacturing whilst supporting changing demands. Programming, set-up, and monitoring of the production equipment/processes and performing assembly operations. Performing Quality control checks of Incoming and finished goods. Let's Talk About the Team As a Production Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading a team of production operators to achieve our production goals and targets. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest level of product quality and safety. Your leadership will drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement in our production processes. Let's Talk About the Role Production Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with production managers to create schedules that meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization. Manpower Planning: Efficiently allocate and utilize manpower to meet production targets. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to meet or exceed quality standards. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance, support, and direction to the production team. Problem Solving: Address production-related issues and find solutions to improve efficiency. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce wastage. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of production activities and provide regular reports to management. Let's Talk About You Required: 4+ years of experience in a production operations environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Technical knowledge of production processes and machinery. Strong experience in production planning and manpower planning. Preferred: We value diversity in industry experience. Candidates with backgrounds in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, food and beverage, cosmetics and personal care, chemicals, and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) are highly encouraged to apply.
