Product Technical Engineers are accountable for the deliverables of their scope (here EDC Mechanical portion, all or part of the design, integration, validation of the product) to ensure the success of the project. Accountable for the deliverables: Apply the specific PDP of their Platform/Module following CPM (CLEAN Project Management) In charge of the robust design in line with the economical targets Applies Standardization rules, exceptionally will request destandardization based on sound justifications Support design reviews, internal and with suppliers Report and escalate to their Project manager or R&D manager as needed Support the Project for the detailed scheduling and budgeting Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipment, investments Participates to establish detail break down of the activities to meet the milestones Follow activities and spending of their scope to meet their allowed budget   Alignment with the contributors Regular alignment with all R&D contributors, dedicated or not Assign to them the work packages as needed Regular reviews with R&D manager and the other Project team members Your profile: Engineering degree in electrical or mechanical domain (thermodynamics is a plus) Experience in compressor development and design , especially with mechanical parts (steel, aluminum, casting) Knowledge of CAD tools Understanding of prototype processes and validation tests English language fluency is a must; Czech is beneficial Ability to troubleshoot and identify failure causes Familiarity with PLM systems and change management procedures is beneficial Experience with high-speed rotating machines, compressors, and air conditioning systems is advantageous Benefits: Work in a stable international company in a multinational team Work with cutting-edge technologies in Automotive Possibility to see the whole development process in one place - from an idea (customer requirement) to a product (e.g. automated parking ECU) 6 weeks of vacation per year Flexible working hours and home office possibility Variable remuneration - monthly and semester bonuses depending on team and company result Contribution to the pension insurance after the probation period, 5% from the gross salary Meal vouchers and free time vouchers on Flexi Pass card Possibility of Multisport card Fitness room and external sports ground (football, basketball, volleyball) on site Mobility support for commuting, accommodation and moving services if you live over 20km away Company canteen offering a selection of international cuisine Easy access to work by Prague metro line A, car parking for all employees Personal development program through technical trainings and language courses Regular company team building events Outdoor relax zone with a barbecue space for team building Job: R&D Team Leader/Architect Organization: Advanced Development Schedule: Full time Employee Status: Regular Job Type: Main Employment (standard value) Job Posting Date: 2025-06-16 Join Us !
