Actividades: Seguimiento y actualización de indicadores de desempeño ( KPIs ) del área de mantenimiento. Planeación y programación de mantenimientos preventivos . Apoyo en el cierre y control de mantenimientos correctivos . Seguimiento al programa de mantenimiento autónomo . Control, análisis y mejora de los planes de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo . Apoyo administrativo y documental al área de mantenimiento. Habilidades y aptitudes requeridas: Organización y seguimiento de actividades. Análisis de información e indicadores. Trabajo en equipo. Comunicación efectiva. Proactividad y ganas de aprender.
