These challenges await you: Program Leadership & Control: Own program strategy, budget, and scope. Manage changes, track KPIs across the project portfolio, and escalate critical issues. Vehicle Configuration & Data Systems: Oversee vehicle builds, manage ADAS data logging systems, and control the traceability of all HW/SW configurations (baselines and updates). Global Validation & Testing: Define and execute the global validation strategy, lead international data collection campaigns, and manage OEM acceptance testing and homologation. Stakeholder & Requirement Management: Serve as the main technical interface to customers, translating requirements, analyzing their impact on builds/cost/timing, and managing external relationships. Team & Organizational Development: Lead, mentor, and develop team members while actively facilitating decision-making and ensuring team readiness.  You inspire us with that: 5+ years of project/program management in fast-paced, complex environments. Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs and manage teams of 100+ employees. Direct experience managing vehicle builds, ADAS logging, data collection campaigns, global validation, and OEM testing cycles. Excellent communication and presentation skills; proven ability to manage stakeholders up to OEM department lead level. Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset and full program ticket steering capability.
