As a Payments Analyst within the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Financial Solutions team, you will support and optimize payment operations for our streaming and studio tours businesses. Your focus will be on improving transaction success rates, supporting global payment processing, and ensuring seamless customer experiences across multiple markets and brands. What’s in it for you Contract of employment Hybrid work model Benefits package: private medical care, life and accident insurance, MyBenefit cafeteria platform, sports card, social fund, retirement pension plan, Employee Referral Program Free access to the HBO Max platform Work-life balance initiatives: well-being platform, yoga, massages, educational webinars, Employee Support Program, film screenings organized by employees in the office cinema Training and development: training platform, co-financing of English lessons, Employee Resource Groups, Engagement Club – the opportunity to develop your interests in thematic employee groups, online meetings with experts CSR activities: volunteering, ecological and social initiatives Access to parking spaces Your Role Accountabilities Analyze and optimize end-to-end payment flows for DTC subscription and transactional streaming services Monitor authorization rates, identify decline trends, and implement strategies to improve transaction success Collaborate with payment service providers (PSPs), acquiring banks, and card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) Support international payment expansion by evaluating local payment methods and regional acquiring strategies Partner with finance, product, and engineering teams to enhance payment platform capabilities Stay updated on industry trends and translate insights into business impacts Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in subscription-based payments and ecommerce Solid understanding of digital wallets, alternative payment methods, and card payment processing Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies Experience working with merchants and payment service providers Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities #LI-Hybrid Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
