As an RTR Accounting Manager , you will oversee key Record to Report processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local accounting standards. You will manage period-end close activities, support audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational excellence. What’s in it for you Contract of employment Hybrid work model Benefits package: private medical care, life and accident insurance, MyBenefit cafeteria platform, sports card, social fund, retirement pension plan, Employee Referral Program Free access to HBO Max platform Work-life balance initiatives: well-being platform, yoga, massages, educational webinars, Employee Support Program, film screenings organized by employees in the office cinema Training and development: training platform, co-financing of English lessons, Employee Resource Groups, Engagement Club – the opportunity to develop your interests in thematic employee groups, online meetings with experts CSR activities: volunteering, ecological and social initiatives Access to parking spaces Your Role Accountabilities Proactively perform accounting tasks and processes in line with IFRS, US GAAP and relevant local GAAP, including preparation of statutory financial statements Manage statutory audit processes, coordinating planning, fieldwork and finalisation with auditors and internal stakeholders Support the review of complex financial reporting transactions and preparation of management reports, BS Flux, SEC schedules and reconciliations Collaborate with Legal, Treasury, Company Secretary and Shared Services on entity-related matters and SAP reporting deliverables Assist with the setup of new statutory entities and lead entity rationalization projects, including making entities dormant and managing strike-off processes Contribute to special and routine projects, providing ad hoc analyses and supporting continuous process improvement Qualifications & Experience Graduate in Finance or Accounting ACCA or Polish CA qualification preferred (or equivalent) Proven experience in statutory accounting and audit coordination, ideally within a Big4 environment Strong understanding of IFRS and Polish accounting regulations; UK GAAP knowledge is an asset Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP and One Source (Thomson Reuters) is a plus Excellent written and spoken English skills #LI-Hybrid #F&A Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
