Assist field technicians with fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions. Support commissioning and testing of new Otis installations and modernization projects. Collaborate with Otis engineering and product support teams for escalated issues. Maintain detailed records of service cases, technical reports, and root cause analyses. Conduct technical training for service teams on Otis systems, software tools (e.g., eService, REM), and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with Otis standards, local regulations, and international codes (e.g., EN 81, ASME A17.1). Participate in remote diagnostics and predictive maintenance initiatives using Otis monitoring platforms. Provide feedback to improve product performance and service processes. Provide remote support for field technicians What you will need to be successful Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Otis elevator systems. Strong understanding of Otis control systems, drives, and safety mechanisms. Familiarity with Otis diagnostic tools and software platforms. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and customer service orientation. Ability to interpret Otis technical documentation and wiring diagrams. Willingness to travel and support field operations as needed, including weekends as and when required.
