Activités significatives Suivi et animation de la performance chantier Réaliser des descentes de charge régulières avec les managers chantier pour identifier les risques et définir les actions à mettre en œuvre. Assurer la qualité du service délivré à nos clients. Contrôler et s’assurer du respect des budgets opérationnels. S’assurer du traitement efficace des réclamations clients. S’assurer de la performance financière de l’activité travaux S’assurer de l’application des méthodes de travail et de la bonne utilisation de l’outillage chantier. Mise en œuvre et suivi de l’efficacité des actions d’amélioration de la performance chantier Adapter les plans d’action décidés par la Direction Chantier de l’OU aux particularités du périmètre d’action en restant garant de l’alignement avec la stratégie définie au niveau de l’OU. Définir les plans d’actions locaux complémentaires répondants aux problématiques spécifiques du périmètre d’action. Assurer l’engagement des managers chantiers et s’assurer de la mise en œuvre opérationnelle conforme des plans d’actions d’amélioration. Mesurer l’efficacité des plans d’actions et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaire. Planification et pilotage de l’activité Travaux Assurer l’optimisation du planning de réalisation travaux par les managers chantiers pour garantir une rotation rapide du backlog. Piloter l’anticipation des commandes de matériel pour s’assurer du respect des planning et identifier d’éventuels risques techniques à mettre sous contrôle. Donner la vision à moyen terme des besoins en effectifs pour assurer l’activité opérationnelle. Support du directeur de région Dimensionner les budgets Chantier de chaque directeur d'agence de son périmètre. Construire la projection financière mensuelle des résultats chantier des directeurs d'agence. Participer à l’élaboration du plan régional sécurité et au suivi des indicateurs sécurité. Anticiper les besoins et s’assurer de la bonne mise en œuvre des formations techniques. Coordonner les mouvements d’effectifs (recrutement, départ) pour permettre l’atteinte des objectifs. EHS S’assurer du respect des procédures de sécurité et être exemplaire dans leur application. Etre visible sur les chantiers et participer au plan d’audit EHS Management Experts Techniques Régionaux : Piloter l’activité des Experts Techniques Régionaux afin d’atteindre les objectifs définis en début d’année concernant la diminution du taux de pannes, du nombre d’appareil critiques et du taux d’indisponibilités des appareils. Consolidation des forecasts chantier au niveau de la région Animation du Weekly Tracker chantier au niveau régional Support à la construction du plan Relais de l’animation Chantier du directeur de région Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir Vous êtes diplômé d'un BAC+5 Vous avez une expérience dans un poste similaire Une expérience dans le domaine de l'ascenseur serait un plus Quels sont les avantages ?
