Csapattagok fejlesztése, mentorálása, motiválása. A belső kontrollrendszer megbízhatóságának biztosítása, a fejlesztési tervek kidolgozása és végrehajtása a pénzügyi vezetővel együttműködve. Az Internal Control és Internal Audit folyamatok irányítása, egységes működés és folyamatos fejlődés biztosítása. A riporting rendszerek fejlesztése és működtetése: napi riporting optimalizálása, havi jelentések koordinálása és gyors, pontos adatáramlás biztosítása. A havi zárási folyamatok támogatása és menedzselése, riportok automatizálása és rendszerek közötti integrációk megvalósítása. Az üzleti egységek megosztott költségeinek kontrollingja Tervezési, budgeting és forecasting folyamatok vezetése. Havi eredmények elemzése és prezentálása a menedzsment felé. Digitalizációs és folyamatfejlesztési projekteknek a definiálása Kapcsolattartás a szolgáltató központtal (SSC) és a regionális belső kontrollerrel. AMIT TŐLED KÉRÜNK: Felsőfokú pénzügyi vagy gazdasági végzettség. Minumum 5 év releváns kontrolling tapasztalat, amelyből minimum 3 év vezetői pozícióban. Erős analitikus gondolkodás, rendszerszintű látásmód és folyamatszemlélet. Magabiztos riporting-, tervezési- és controlling ismeretek.
