Responsabilités du poste : En tant qu’Ingénieur d’Affaires, vous intégrerez l'entité Constructions Neuves placée sous la supervision du Manager Major Project. Votre mission principale consistera à gérer un portefeuille de projets, de la phase de lancement à la réalisation complète du chantier. Vos missions incluront : Participer à la préparation des affaires : incluant l'étude des dossiers, le chiffrage, le contrôle des configurations techniques et financières. Optimiser l’exécution de vos chantiers : en assurant la gestion financière des projets, et en anticipant les risques potentiels pour garantir des résultats optimaux Conduire l’évolution des travaux en coordination avec les conducteurs travaux, en assurant une planification efficace et une résolution proactive des problèmes. Gérer les relations avec les clients : en recommandant les solutions/produits appropriés et en proposant des extensions de contrat et des travaux supplémentaires. Profil recherché : Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une Ecole d’Ingénieurs ou équivalent bac+5, avec une spécialité travaux/BTP, Vous justifiez d’une première expérience significative dans le management de projets dans le domaine de la construction Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre organisation, votre autonomie, votre attrait pour les défis et votre capacité à obtenir des résultats concrets. Votre rigueur, votre capacité à établir des priorités et votre esprit analytique sont des qualités qui vous distinguent.
